As the lead copywriter for this project, I worked closely with the lead designer and producer to create powerful, punchy copy and compelling stories for this experiential photography exhibition. The event was hosted by London Bridge City (Savills) at their site near Tower Bridge.
The exhibition, entitled "Climate Changed My Home," raised awareness of the humanitarian crises occurring in many of the climate-vulnerable countries where the IRC works. This project aimed to show the breadth of challenges IRC clients face due to the climate crisis—displacement, food insecurity, barriers to education and risk of gender-based violence.
This outdoor exhibition ran for approximately five weeks, ending in June shortly after World Refugee Day. The goal was to grab the attention of passersby and offer the opportunity to learn more about the IRC's programs, donate via QR codes, and sign up to an advocacy or fundraising newsletter.
